MEDiate Stakeholder Workshop in Nice (2nd PAR cycle)
On Wednesday, June 26th, the MEDiate Project was prominently showcased at local workshops held in the beautiful room of L’Artistique, Centre d’Arts et de Culture & Espace Ferrero in Nice. This event was organized by the Métropole Nice Côte d’Azur and the Ville de Nice, in collaboration with NORSAR, R2M Solution, and BRGM in France.
The MEDiate project focuses on collaboratively designing and developing an advanced Decision Support System (DSS) for disaster risk management. This innovative system aims to enhance disaster preparedness and response through active engagement with local stakeholders and communities across four testbeds.
As a partner in the project, the Métropole Nice Côte d’Azur serves as a pilot territory for the co-design and experimentation of the DSS, playing a crucial role in its development and implementation.
The event in Nice highlighted the collaborative efforts and innovative approaches of the MEDiate Project, emphasizing the importance of stakeholder involvement in disaster risk management and showcasing the project’s advancements in creating resilient communities.
