Abdelghani Meslem presented MEDiate’s approach and contribution to disaster resilience in the panel “Connecting multi-hazard and compounding risk initiatives at EU level” moderated by Keith Jones and featuring our sister projects PARATUS project, MYRIAD-EU and CLIMAAX.

The panel discussions of the day address a lot of relevant topics related to disaster resilience, from the complexity of systemic risk management to the involvement of citizens and communities in research projects and how to influence policy making.
