MEDiate was present at the #CERIS (Community for European Research and Innovation on Security) forum on Risk Governance & Societal Resilience organised in the beautiful city of Toulouse!
Abdelghani Meslem, Keith Jones, Femke Mulder and Ivan Van Bever participated in two different panels on “Challenges of assessment of disaster risks” and “Mitigation/ Adaptation decision-making” together with other EU and national projects:
PARATUS project, C2IMPRESS, RiskPACC Project, @CRIZ’INNOV, @PROJECTIONS.
Over the two days of the event, researchers, local and regional authorities, first responders and policy makers gathered to bridge the gap between research results and practitioners needs, an ambitious and indispensable process to improve #Disaster #Resilience.
